Aerial Renderings
Aerial renderings can provide an option of showing the details that would be obscured from view with a normal ground-based rendering. Sometimes when walls or structural components get in the way, a ground level view may not show what you might want to make visible and to help show how it all works together. Aerials can be perfect for that!
The rendering itself can be filled to the brim with small details, but yet those details may be very important as an integral part of what the property has to offer! Sometimes other structures around the property need to be considered as well. If you have dominating neighbors, you can't very well ignore them. In many cases, vignetting them out can be a great solution. You are showing their existence, but not focusing on them.
The examples below are a sampling of various aerial art styles. Because of the wide range of issues regarding an aerial view, they can vary on costs but the 3-D perspective itself would not be a problem to sketch.
