At LBA, hand-drawn or illustrated renderings can save you time and money. We produce rendering art from napkin sketches, from photographs, from drafting prints, or from your computer files. No need to produce extensive CAD files before a rendering is produced. In many cases, the "Dream" of the structure and the angle to show it becomes apparent quite quickly with a simple "concept" sketch for your approval. This process creates an environment for the architect (as it is for your customer) to get immediately excited about the dream.
It begins with a sketch from LBA. Once there is an agreement on the angle, aerial elevation, and medium or style is determined, our studio provides you with a more detailed drawing of your project. We'll discuss the colors or other elements intended for our final art. (It is always best to get specifics resolved before the final color goes down!) Upon completion of the final art, and your approval of it, we'll make a digital scan - based on your presentation needs - and potentially may do some additional final edits to the scan or computer colorization. If there are any last minute revises, we can make them at this time. Collage groupings can also be assembled for a wide variety of possibilities!
Final art can be sent digitally. We can send final files, prints or even framed presentations at your discretion.
